- I am seeking a childcare assistance for my In Home Daycare. Assistance is needed 5 days per week. Hours of assistance is typically needed from approx 8:00am - 3:30pm Pay rate is approx from $100-$150 per week depending on hours worked. *Lunch is provided* Duties including providing care for infants and toddlers,arts & crafts,lunch preparation,story time,keeping child/work area cleaned. - Temporary Position February - July 2012, then possible permanent position if going well. Our reason for hiring someone on a temporary basis is twofold: 1) I am expecting another baby in mid-February and will certainly need help with him, and 2) We have had people in this position before that aren't great multi-taskers and only focus their energies on one part of the position, leaving me to basically pick up the slack. We are looking for a trial run this time so we don't have the responsibility of committing to someone for an entire year or longer if its not working out for either of us. I work (see more)
